Ronald Markowitz
Ronald A. Markowitz is the Founder and CEO of Home Buyer’s Fidelity, a specialized residential realty brokerage boutique. Mr. Markowitz brings over 30 years of real estate industry experience to his position as President and CEO of Home Buyer’s Fidelity. He combines exclusive and unique due diligence methods with the latest information technology to bring value to buyers of luxury residential properties in Westchester, New York.
Prior to founding Home Buyer’s Fidelity, Mr. Markowitz was a practicing attorney specializing in real estate. Mr. Markowitz graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1974, and was admitted to practice law in 1975 by the Courts of the State of New York. Mr. Markowitz founded HBF in Westchester County in October, 2005 and achieved substantial savings in the acquisition of a premium property for its first client. His unique ability and his connections to an affluent clientele are unmatched by others in the New York Area.
Mr. Markowitz is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Board of Realtors and the Westchester County Builders Institute. He lives in Armonk, New York.

George Blitz brings over 25 years of real estate experience to Home Buyer’s Fidelity. He served as director of Omnia Properties, real estate division, where he was responsible for the acquisition, management and sale of apartment complexes, shopping centers and office buildings nationwide. At ABG International Properties, he managed the daily operations of residential properties and cooperatives and negotiated sales. As general manager, Rockrose Development Corporation, a major New York developer, George was responsible for the residential division.
Seeking a more personalized experience, George signed on with Robert P.Corso & Company as a real estate broker, where he arranged for the purchase and sale of multi-family and commercial properties. Switching gears slightly, he signed on as director of development, Community Housing Innovations, where he established a profitable real estate brokerage business to fund affordable housing initiatives.
George is a graduate of Purdue University. He earned an MBA from New York University and a Masters of Education from Lehman College. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and long-time resident of Cortlandt Manor.
Joseph SanGeorge

Joseph SanGeorge joins us after a full career in national advertising. He held media planning and planning supervisor positions with nationally known agencies Ted Bates Advertising and Saatchi & Saatchi’s Compton Advertising. He planned national radio and television media campaigns for Johnson & Johnson; M&M Mars; and Proctor & Gamble.
Joseph later moved to television in national senior advertising sales and sales management positions with Petry Television, MMT Sales, and Jefferson Pilot Sports Syndication. He recently was Vice President of Corporate Development for Public Broadcast Marketing, where he developed ongoing national Public Television campaigns for Honda, New York Times, Nortel, and American Airlines. He also worked as a consultant to MediaTime.Mr. SanGeorge is a graduate of Rutgers University, a longtime resident of Westchester, New York living in Croton-on-Hudson. He is married to Karen and has two boys, Alexander and Daniel.
Diana Bain

Diana Bain comes to Home Buyer’s Fidelity by way of the former Soviet Union and Poland. She emigrated to the United States when she was 15 and later attained U.S. citizenship. She holds degrees in mathematics as well as Slavic literature, and is fluent in Russian, Polish and Hebrew, with some facility in French, Italian and Greek. Formerly, she served as Director of Information Technology Projects for a major insurance company.A Westchester resident and Armonk homeowner since 1984, Diana has purchased and sold a number of properties in the Armonk area, and still owns several investment properties today.
Ms. Bain is currently a member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors. Her interests include film, literature, art and architecture. She is an avid chess and Scrabble player as well.
